We only deliver to mainland UK addresses.


All of our frames are individually shrink wrapped and boxed to ensure safe delivery.

 Our frames are despatched via UK mail couriers who delivers Monday to Friday during business hours.

  • Timed deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge. Please contact us to be advised of any extra costs.
  • All items are dispatched under an insured service.

Any damages must be reported to ourselves within 24 hours upon receipt of goods

Although our website shows readymade frames, we are happy to make frames to any other size if requested.


Returns of our products are accepted under the following circumstances:

  • If we have sent you the wrong goods.
  • If the goods are damaged upon arrival.

In both cases, please contact us on 02085072751 to arrange a replacement.

What you can’t send back:

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancellable and non-refundable:

  • Anything that’s specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, message or any other customised aspect that makes it unique to you (and therefore not resalable)

Products must be returned with the original packaging, unused. All other returns/replacements/refunds are purely at the discretion of Frame That. This does not affect your statutory rights.
